Thank you for agreeing to participate in our golf course energy use and environmental practices survey! Please note that this survey is for golf courses located within the 50 United States only. This is a follow-up survey to the previous environmental profiles surveys covering property features, water, nutrients and pesticides. We encourage you to complete this survey regardless of your participation in any of the other surveys.

All of your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential. We ask that you complete the survey to the best of your ability; skipping the questions you're unable to answer.

Getting Started

If this is your FIRST-TIME accessing this ENERGY USE survey, simply register below by entering your e-mail address and a password (of your choosing). Please write down your login information in case you need to return to the survey at a later time.

If you are RETURNING TO THE ENERGY USE survey, please enter the e-mail address and password that you used when you registered for the ENERGY USE survey. This will enable you to update any of your saved information.

NOTE: Participants in previous environmental profile surveys (such as the golf course profile survey or water use survey) need to re-register for this ENERGY USE survey.
